Animation On The Internet
by Mark Greenawalt

I finally laid my hands on a copy of a computer program that enables you to create animations on web pages.  I have tried my hand at doing a couple.  Wanna see 'em?

The first one is for Ed Clapper's band, Cartoon City.  The address is http://www.futureclassx.com/photo/cartoon/cartoonintro.html.   This little animation includes some of the concert photos that I shot of the band last month at a show at the Navel Base in Phoenix when they opened for the Bullet Boys.  After the short animated intro it leads you to the bands web site.  Check it out.

The next animation is very short and still a work in progress.  It is for my engineering firm Sullivan Designs, Inc.  The address is http://www.sdi-consulting.com/Movie2.html and this animated intro also leads you to the SDI web site.  The sound effects to this one are pretty neat.  Let me know if you have any trouble viewing these animations because I need to know if I'm doing it right.  Thanks!

ANTI-M Anthology Now On Sale
by Mark Greenawalt

The address is http://www.mp3.com/ANTIM .  And for the low, low price of $6.00 you can buy the ANTI-M Anthology CD which includes all of the songs that we released in the 90's.  We had hoped to add a few songs to this CD that never got recorded in our "hey-day", but time has been against us.  Not to mention the fact that the band isn't really together these days, although all members were present at my welcome-back-to-phoenix-blowout and we played a few songs from the past.  They tell me that it was obvious that we had been drinking.

This mp3.com site is really cool.  I recommend it to any of you who want the world to hear your music.  Chris St.Croix has a site on there at www.mp3.com/chrisstcroix and his CD is for sale even cheaper than the ANTI-M CD by 1cent.  I played piano on one track of his CD.  Another common thread is http://artists.mp3s.com/artists/34/evermore_nashville.html which is the band Evermore which includes a picture that I took of the band enhanced with a sunrise picture that I took in my Nashville backyard.

If you have a site on mp3.com let me know so I can link to your site.

New Fans of the Mark Greenawalt Green Pages
by Mark Greenawalt

Two musicians that I used to be in bands with in the 90's are now hooked up in a band called Cartoon City.  You may have heard of this band before (like maybe in the first paragraph).  Ed Clapper was my guitarist from ANTI-M and Mike Niedons was my drummer for Ray Wheeler and the Edge.  Both of these guys have something more important in common...their wives have just brought baby boys into the world this month.

Congrats go out to Ed and his wife on the birth of their brand new baby boy named Anson (born April 18th weighing in at 8lbs, 3oz.).  Congrats also going out to Mike and his wife on the birth of their brand spankin' new baby boy named Mason (born April 22nd weighing in at 9lbs., 7oz.).  I think I got all of the correct information, but if not, congratulations anyway!!!

More Bullet Items
by Mark Greenawalt

-The winner of this months drawing for the Mills Barn limited edition art print is Alayna Jordan of Memphis, Tennessee.  Congrats to you and I hope you find a nice piece of wall to put it on.  I haven't heard any news lately, but I think Alayna is expecting a little baby soon too!  There is one picture of Alayna in the photography portion of my website.  The picture url is http://www.futureclassx.com/photo/people/alaynaj.jpg.  Remember people, if you want a chance at winning a print, you have to go sign my guestbook.

-I have one new drawing/painting to add to the art gallery this month.  It's a nude pencil drawing of Cindy Crawford with a little water color added for good measure.  If you would like to view it, go to the Future-Class X Publishing Art Gallery and click on "NUDES".

-For those of you who are new to the Green Pages (or those of you who are really bored out of your mind), I have put all of the back issues of the Green Pages on line.  During a computer meltdown, I lost about a years worth of issues in 1998 and a little of 1999.  If anyone out there still has a copy of them or a print out, please let me know.  The links to the back issues will be kept at the bottom of the Green Pages from here on in.

-How about them Phoenix Suns!

Type at you next month!!!
