When I was nine years old my mom enrolled me in private art lessons with Patricia Owens in Chambersburg, Pennslyvania. The classes eventually evolved to oil painting and color theory instruction but it started with a strong foundation in drawing and working on light and shadow comprehension. I'm thankful for all of that early involvement in the fundamentals of drawing art. Since then I have taken a handful of art classes in high school, Penn State, and I've had some opportunities to take life drawing classes to learn new techiniqes with charcoal. This is a selection of some of my favorites and I hope you enjoy them. Thank you for your interest and support of my creative endeavors!
