Project Description: The new 240,000 square foot facility uses 30 percent less energy, and 25 percent less water. Because of that, they earned a Gold LEED Certification.
Unique Features: Robust lighting control systems including wireless daylight harvesting and dimming in open office spaces and peer-to-peer lighting controls for the exterior LED parking lot lights.
